The Lion of Florence: Book Readings for Kids

This fall and winter, l’Associazione MUS.E and Florence’s civic museums will partner to bring families in Florence a series of readings and workshops featuring the mighty, majestic lion, the symbol of Florence. Marzocco the lion’s history is especially present in Palazzo Vecchio and can be seen in the many lion statues that decorate the medieval building, which is situated on Via dei Leoni.

Children and their families are invited to participate in these events on four Saturdays this winter at 4:30 pm. Each event will be held in the museum of Palazzo Vecchio and costs €2.00 for residents (€4.00 for non-residents).
