Cosmetics & Perfumes
Via de’ Bardi 14
Villoresi practices what he calls “niche perfumery” in a workshop perched on the top floor of a 15th century Oltrarno palace, taking artistic inspiration from moments and atmospheres instead of following market trends. In 2006 he was the first craftsman outside of France to win the prestigious Coty award for best perfume. Villoresi sells candles, incense, cologne, lotion, and aromatic soaps, all of which remain faithful to the traditional methods of Florentine Renaissance perfumery.
