Florence Talk by Pulitzer Winner Nathan Thrall

Avid readers will be excited to learn that Florence will play host to one of the most mature and thoughtful voices in sociopolitical writing this week. On March 25, Pulitzer-prize winning author Nathan Thrall will speak about his book ‘A Day in the Life of Abed Salama: Anatomy of a Jerusalem Tragedy’.

The Guardian characterises the book as one that “illuminated the complex tragedy of Israel and Palestine”. Mr Thrall will be introduced by Mauro Campus, followed by a conversation with Francesca Mannochi. The event will take place at Accademia Bartolomeo Cristofori, Via di Camaldoli 7, and is scheduled to begin at 6 pm.  (Sultan Khokhar)
