Shopping for a Cause: Florence Vintage Market, Spring Edition

Friday 17 – Sunday 19: FLORENCE VINTAGE MARKET.  Palazzo Corsini, Lungarno Corsini 11.  11 am – 6 pm.  Free admission.

This is the place to refurbish your wardrobe, from a vast selection of designer, brand and no-brand clothing for men and women.  Accessories such as handbags and jewellery, in addition to home furnishings, many of which are antique, will also be for sale.  All proceeds go to fund home care for the terminally ill and to assist their families. The volunteers of the FILE Foundation (Fondazione Italiana di Leniterapia) have been providing this service, free of charge, to residents in the greater Florence metropolitan area for nearly a quarter of a century.
