Spooky Specials at Pino’s Local Sandwich Haunt

 

The Salumeria Verdi deli (via Giuseppe Verdi 36), or Pino’s Sandwiches as it is known by its many loyal customers, will celebrate Halloween this year with a few festive menu items and a giveaway!

The deli is getting into the spirit of Halloween with the addition of two specially-created sandwiches to its menu for the day on Monday, October 31. The limited-time “Sand-witch” will include spicy pumpkin sauce, roast pork, smoked cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and garlic sauce. Its vegetarian counterpart, “Vam-pino’s Sandwich,” will combine spicy pumpkin sauce, ricotta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic sauce. The cost of each delectable, toasted panino is €6.50.

Magenta Florence will also offer a Pino’s Sandwich sweepstakes for its social media followers. Contestants must like the Magenta Florence Facebook page and share the Pino Halloween article OR like Magenta Florence’s Instagram page to be entered in the drawing pool. Three lucky winners will be randomly selected to receive a free Pino’s “Sand-witch” or” Vam-pino.”
