Valentine’s Day Bus & Tram Strike

A 24-hour strike has been announced in Florence by COBAS Lavoro Privato union, which will affect the availability of trams and buses on Friday, February 14.

City buses have guaranteed limited service that will run between 4:15 and 8:14 am and from 12:30 to 2:29 pm. 

A spokesperson for Gest, the company that manage the Florence tramway company, said that tram service will be guaranteed only from 6:30 to 9:30 am and from 5 to 8 pm.
